Making a booking

Your trip is confirmed once you accept our quote and pay in full. Bhutan visas and entry permits are lodged only after payment is received.

Changes

We will always try to accommodate changes. Changes to hotels or dates after confirmation depend on availability and may carry a fee charged by the hotel or airline.

Cancellations

Add your cancellation scale here (for example, the percentage retained at 60, 30, 15 and 7 days before arrival), along with how SDF and visa fees are refunded.

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical evacuation and trip cancellation.
